Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Pro-Tip: HEUI (Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injection) systems are extremely sensitive to contamination. A single speck of dust can cause premature failure.

1. Preparation: Clean the injector bores thoroughly. Ensure no carbon debris, old O-rings, or fuel/oil residue at the bottom of the seat. Inspect the injector sleeve for pitting or erosion.

3. Seating the Injector: Push the injector down firmly by hand until you feel it "seat." Install the hold-down clamp and bolt.
